Boat is slipped in Waukegan IL,water temp.68 degrees dometic elite control panel #VCD5-16K,system is self contained, factory installed system in a 2005 Chaparral SIG.260,never had a problem until now.System will not turn on, no fan,sea water pump or compressor,Panel does light up I can change modes and fan speeds on the panel but it does nothing.PLF is flashing on the control panel. There is no voltage at the sea water pump, checked filter, strainer, feed hoses to pump, all clear, removed hose from pump to unit, put outside water source to unit, water flows and is seen coming out of side of hull like it should.Disconnect wiring from a/c unit to pump, put outside power source to pump, pump works and water flows  and comes out of the side discharge port.Tried to power up the a/c with the pump running ,the same thing  system will not turn on.Unplugged the wiring at the control panel cycled the power on-off,reconnect panel wiring,a click is heard and 000 is displayed on the panel.Possible circuit board? Any ideas.
