My heater is not working on my 2000 Bayliner Ciera 3055. The unit is a Marine Air Systems Airrrr, reverse cycle, model # SCMCD 10k/1, product # 207-311315. Stainless steel cabin mate. The cooling works fine, but unable to get the heat to come on. It did work until recent but no longer working. When I adjust the temperature on the digital controller up to warm the cabin, the ac/heat indicator light on the digital control panel does not switch from ac to heat and blows cool air. I set temp as high as it would allow but still only getting cool air and again, light doesn't show that unit is switching from ac to heat. Boat is on the Monongahela River in Western PA with water temps from 50 to 65+ degrees. We could have 88 degree weather during the day and drop to below 60 in the evenings this time of year. Bought the boat last year and do not know if it was factory installed.  Also, would like to know where to get a operation manual. Any help would be appreciated!
