Been lurking on the site for a little while…replacing some bits on an older Cruisair.  From info parts numbers on the unit I am able tofigure out which items I need to order except one.  The thermal overload.  The compressor has be renewed by a PO and operates fine. It is a tecumseh model AK111AT-004.  The only number I can make out on the thermal overload is CRA 2718.  I come up pretty blank finding it in the parts section.  Other than that can you confirm the following : Suction valve 3080508, Capacitor 4040125, and reversing solenoid 4071502. Once I get this squared away…time to order.

Hi Todd~

Hate to be the bearer of not so good news but…That's not the compressor that belongs in a WFAH-16….

The only compressor that will pump proper pressures in a Cruisair 16,000 btu system is a Tecumseh AK8515EX

The system will never cool/heat well with that compressor so you are pretty much wasting money by buying those parts…

I have seen it many times where a substitute has been installed and it never works out….Honestly…
