The manual should also tell you how to get into the program mode of the control to change the "Fan Mode"…It's probably set at "I" for intermittent and you want "C" for continuous…

It's a series of button presses to get there:

First press "OFF" followed by "SET" then simultaneously (all at the same exact time) "Down, Fan & Up"…You should then see the "I" in the display with a decimal point (.) bottom right that indicates you are in program mode…At this point you can either press "Down" or "Up"…Either will change it to "C"…Then press "OFF" to save & exit the program mode… 

VIOLA… Continuous Fan  

Note: Sometimes it's a bit tough to press all three buttons exactly at the same time & you will not get the decimal or the "I"…

Just try it again until you do…But you will need to start over from the beginning with the Off then Set…

The manual will also tell you how to set how low, is low fan speed for noise, and compressor restart time delays, so that they both don''t try to restart at the same time after a power interruption such as switching from shore to generator…

Be careful with setting the low fan speed…If you set it too low the evaporator coil (Fan coil) will ice up…If it does, then just go back in and bump it back up a bit more
